Services & Rates

We offer a number of different services, from fixing your broken laptop screen, to removing viruses, to helping your business migrate to the cloud. If you are not sure if we offer the service you are looking for, give us a call today to tell us about your problem.

Onsite Service (We come to you)

$90/hour (minimum 1 hour) $10 trip charge over 10 miles.

We will come to your home or office to diagnose and fix issues you are having. This might include (but is not limited to) new computer setup in the home, WiFi issues, printer setup, malware removal, and data migrations. In some situations, the computer may not be serviceable on site, for example if a laptop needs to be disassembled, a part needs to be special ordered, or a severe malware cleanout that may take several hours. In these situations we will offer to take the computer with us and return it to you once it is fixed. Onsite service is optimal for businesses that need to stay up and running, or for those who don't feel comfortable disconnecting/reconnecting their computers themselves.

Drop Off/Walk in Service (You come to us)

$25 diagnostics - No Hourly Charges, flat rates based on service provided

You can bring your computer or device into our shop for repair. Our diagnostic fee is $25, however this fee is credited towards the repair cost if the repair is done by us. Our average turn around time is 24-48 hours on most jobs. Special ordering of parts can delay the repair process, but common parts can be replaced on the spot. We do not charge hourly for drop off service. We will quote you a flat fee based on the specifics of the repair, and any parts and materials that may be needed to complete the job.
